Products
We try to present our products, prices, ingredients and images accurately. Minor differences in color, appearance or packaging may occur.
SHIBU products are cosmetic products for external use only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition.
Results may vary between individuals.
Orders
We may cancel or refuse an order because of:
- payment problems;
- incorrect information;
- suspected fraud;
- stock shortages;
- pricing errors; or
- delivery restrictions.
If we cancel an order after payment, the amount paid will be refunded.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown on the website and confirmed at checkout.
Customers are responsible for providing correct billing and delivery information. International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes or other local charges.
Shipping
Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carriers, customs, holidays or circumstances outside our control.

To the extent permitted by law, MKG Enterprises is not responsible for indirect losses, carrier delays outside our control or results that vary between customers.
Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Customers may also have mandatory rights under the laws of their country of residence.
